Let your press come unglued. 

PalletGel is sticky on both sides so you don’t need to apply adhesive to get garments to stick to pallets.

Durable 1mm thick Gel adhesive on the garment side that lasts for 100,000 impressions. Lint can be easily removed with water and a scrub pad.

Changes color from green to yellow when heated to 120F to let you know your pallets are preheated and warm.

Apply directly to the pallets (no paper pallet tape below).

Installation:

  1. Clean Pallets: PalletGel sticks best directly to clean and dry pallets
  2. Apply PalletGel: Apply PalletGel directly to the pallets using a squeegee card or something rigid. Peel back the release liner as you go to avoid bubbles.
  3. Tape the Edges: Use masking tape to tape down all 4 sides of PalletGel to help garments slide on/off easily without snagging.
